Already in 1983, being the first Danish producer, we started our production of organic assorted chocolates, based on raw marzipan, soft nougat, dried fruit, and chocolate.
The goal was – and still is – to produce confectionery of supreme quality without the use of additives, and based on raw materials from the best certified organic producers.

| Filled Confectionery: |
We produce a range of confectionery pieces and bars with fillings of marzipan, soft nougats, truffel and fruit fillings. Bulk packed or presented in attractive gift packagings. .

Our chocolates are all handmade and produced to order, securing the longest possible shelf life and the optimal organoleptic experience. |
| Organic Marzipan: |
One of our specialities is marzipan "Real Raw Marzipan", produced from organic Italian almonds, organic raw cane sugar and organic honey.
The selected almonds, the raw cane sugar and the honey is combined to give our marzipan a well rounded, slightly spicy flavour. |
| Organic Soft Nougat: |
Our soft nougat with min. 50% hazelnuts is quite unique and you can choose between milk and pure, the latter being milk free.
If you like dark chocolate with a high cocoa content you will love our Dark Nougat, while the rich creaminess of the Light Nougat make's angels sing.

| Chocolate Coating: |
We only use the very best Belgian chocolate for our coating, produced according to our specification, containing min. 63% cocoa in the dark chocolate, 38% in milk chocolate and 39% in the white chocolate.

| Recycling: |
We try to protect our nature and whenever possible we use recycled materials for packaging. |
| Awards: |
We have received many prizes for our outstanding quality. Among them a gold medal at the IFOAM world exhibition in 1996 for our marzipan, and a silver medal at the same show for design. SIAL D'OR honoured us with a silver medal in 1998 for our confectionery, and for design.
We have received Slow Foods Gold Snail several times.

Danish Organic producers are certified by the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Fisheries and have the right to use the Danish Öko-mark and the German Bio Siegel. |
